Dean J. Fero is the Senior Partner in the firm of Fero & Ingersoll, LLP. He received his Bachelor of Arts deree from Hobart College in 1953 and Juris Doctor Degree from Syracuse University School of Law in 1956. He is a member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Association and was the original founder of the Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers Committee. In 1989 the Monroe County honored him with the Presidents Award for service to the legal community and in 2003 he was the recipient of the first Humanitarian Award for his contribution to the Bar and to the community. In 2004 the legal newspaper, the Daily Record, gave its Nathaniel Award to him for his many contributions to Rochester Area.
A former Trustee of Hobart and William Smith College and Vestryman of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Fero continues to be a committeeman of the Brighton-Pittsford Chapter of Ducks Unlimited.
He specializes in Estate Administration, Real Estate and Guardianship proceedings.
Matthew J. Fero is a partner in the law firm of Fero & Ingersoll, LLP. He is engaged in the general practice of law with specific concentration on family law.
Mr. Fero received his Bachelor’s Degree from St. Lawrence University in 1998 and his law degree from Suffolk University School of Law in 2003. He is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, a board member of Ducks Unlimited, and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for children). Additionally, he is a member of the Family Law Section for the Monroe County Bar Association.
Timothy E. Ingersoll is a partner in the law firm of Fero & Ingersoll, LLP. Mr. Ingersoll represents client in the areas of divorce, separation, custody, support, domestic violence, adoption, bankruptcy, estates and real estate and other areas relating to family law. Although Mr. Ingersoll’s practice is primarily litigation-oriented, he counsels clients in all areas impacting the family.
Mr. Ingersoll received his bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College in 1986 and he received his law degree from Syracuse University with honors in 1989.
